Eligibility: Sweepstakes only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), 18 years of age or older, except employees, officers and directors of Ricoh Corporation (“Sponsor”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, branches, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and Interactive Marketing Group, Inc. (IMG) and the immediate families of each of the foregoing (as well as those domiciled with them). All Federal, State and Local laws apply. Void where prohibited.

How To Enter: Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2006, and ends on February 28, 2007. To enter, visit our website at http://www.ricoh-usa.com/itchannel/, or print your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address on a 3x5 postcard to Interactive Marketing Group, Inc.—“Ricoh Sweepstakes,” 50 Commerce Drive, Allendale, NJ 07401.  

Sweepstakes Drawings: During the sweepstakes period there will be a total of nine (9) Monthly random drawings, beginning with July 03, 2007 up to and including March 03, 2007.  Each Monthly drawing will consist of one (1) Monthly prize winner. Each Monthly drawing will be conducted on or around the 3rd day of each month following the previous month (i.e. January drawing on February 3, February drawing on March 3, and so forth). Entrants are only permitted one entry per person or e-mail address per monthly drawing period.  Entries received after 11:59 p.m. EST, of the last day of each month will only be considered for the subsequent month’s drawing (i.e. an entry postmarked on July 28, but received on August 1, will only be considered for the August drawing). Sponsor and IMG are not responsible for any lost, late, illegible, misdirected, unaccepted or mutilated entries. The odds of winning any Monthly drawing depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable entry period. 

Each Monthly drawing will be conducted by Interactive Marketing Group, Inc., (“Administrator”) an independent judging organization selected by the Sponsor. Winners agree that prizes are being provided “AS IS.” Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturer’s terms thereof, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Allow 6–8 weeks for prize delivery. No correspondence or other inquiries regarding entries will be accepted.

Prize Details:

First Prize

Nine (9) digital cameras (one awarded each month). Approximate retail value:  $325.00 per unit.

 

Total approximate retail value of all prizes won during sweepstakes is $2,925.00. The value of prize may be taxable income. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES NOT EXPLICITLY STATED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL WINNER OR OF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE WINNER. No transfer, cash redemption or substitution of prize except that Sponsor may substitute prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail.


Limitation of Liability

Certain Restrictions & Miscellaneous: Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, loss/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.

Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and, in such event, to select winners for any remaining prizes by random drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension.

All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Winners will be determined in random drawing conducted by Interactive Marketing Group, Inc. (“Administrator”), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. 

Sponsor reserves the right to require winners to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (unless Prohibited by Law) within 10 days of issuance of notification.  If winner does not comply with the foregoing, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, branches, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers: 1) may use (if a winner) entrant's first name, city and state, photograph and/or likeness and statements attributable to him/her for advertising and/or trade and/or other purposes without further compensation, permission or notification (unless prohibited by law) and 2) that the aforestated parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and Interactive Marketing Group, Inc. shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant, including personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any and all entries of entrants who it believes in its sole discretion have attempted to tamper with or impair the Sweepstakes or to disqualify any individual or cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, actions by entrants, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the promotion. The use of any device to automate entry process is prohibited.

By entering, participants release Ricoh Corporation, Interactive Marketing Group, Inc., their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.

Information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of Sponsor’s marketing efforts and to notify winners of the Sweepstakes and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Ricoh Corporation (the “Sponsor”), Interactive Marketing Group, Inc. (IMG), or any third parties.

Winners List: For a list of prizewinners or a copy of the Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Interactive Marketing Group, Inc. — “Ricoh Sweepstakes,” 50 Commerce Drive, Allendale, NJ 07401. Requests must be received by February 28, 2007.
